Emery Walker (1851–1933) was a key figure in the world of design, typography and printing in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. His house at
7 Hammersmith Terrace, Hammersmith, London is a well-preserved Arts & Crafts interior, open to visitors.

I designed the original logo for the House for its reopening in 2017, combining references to the most significant private presses Walker was involved with, the Kelmscott Press and the Doves Press. In 2022 the logo was modified to give the Trust complete copyright control on its imagery, to facilitate commercial use in collaboration with other companies’ products.

I also designed the guide book and visitors’ leaflet.
